Refund policy
At Faith & Iron, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review sizing and product details before placing your order.
That said, if there’s an issue caused by us or our fulfillment partner, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, please email us with:

Clear photos showing the issue
Claims approved as a production or fulfillment error will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We strongly recommend checking our size charts before ordering.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit in certain situations, but this is not guaranteed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:

Failure to claim the package
You will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If an order cannot be reshipped, it may be donated to charity, and a refund will not be issued.
Unclaimed Packages
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our fulfillment facility are not eligible for a refund. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees will apply.
Unclaimed items not reshipped within 30 days may be donated to charity.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

Face coverings or sealed goods
These items will not be refunded or exchanged once delivered.
EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery
As all Faith & Iron products are made to order, returns may be refused in these cases.
