Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Faith & Iron. Please review the information below to understand how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All Faith & Iron products are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party partner.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel the order. This includes changes to:

  • Shipping address

  • Product size or color

  • Order details

If you notice an issue immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

  • Production typically begins shortly after your order is placed

  • Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees

Faith & Iron is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Faith & Iron is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failure to claim a package

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If carrier tracking shows that your order was lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

All claims for lost shipments are subject to investigation by our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier. Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If tracking indicates that an order was delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. In these cases, claims must be filed directly with the carrier, and replacements or refunds may not be issued.

Risk of Loss

For customers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom:

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

For customers within the EEA or the United Kingdom:

  • Risk of loss transfers once the product has been physically received by you or a designated third party.

For shipments to Germany:

  • Risk of loss transfers after the shipment has crossed the German border, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Carrier Responsibility

In some cases, customers may be required to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues, including:

  • Marked-as-delivered packages not received

  • Delivery delays

  • Address verification

Faith & Iron does not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
